Fitness in the Jura

Origin of the water: strong to medium sodium chloride and magnesium water. The mineral content is linked to the vast rock salt deposit that extends along the lower slopes of the Jura, the exploitation of which has long been a source of wealth for the region. There are 2 types of thermal water: spring water, which has a mineral content close to that of seawater, and virgin water or saline water, of underground origin, which is saturated with sodium chloride (more than 300g per litre). Their formidable hypertonicity makes them unsuitable for consumption and, even in baths, they are used diluted, with gradual concentration.


PROGRAMME :

Stay 2 days / 1 night :
Day 1: Meet at 2pm at the spa for your 3 treatments: hydrobath + jet shower + mud application. Access to the Relaxation Area (saltwater pool with whirlpool bath, massaging jets, 2 saunas, steam room and caldarium) during the afternoon.
Check into your hotel room at the end of the afternoon (hotel located 800m from the Thermes, free private parking). Dinner at the hotel restaurant - the half-board dinner includes starter, main course and dessert (drinks not included) * .

Day 2 :
End of services after breakfast. Your room must be vacated by 11:00 am.

The spa's wellness area is open Monday to Saturday from 2.30pm to 6.30pm.
No treatments on Sundays and public holidays. Sauna-hammam-caldarium area open to over-18s.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the wellness area.


3-day / 2-night stay:
Day 1: you are expected at 2pm at the spa to enjoy your 2 treatments: hydrobath or jet shower or mud application. Access to the Relaxation Area (saltwater pool with whirlpool bath, massage jets, 2 saunas, hammam, caldarium) during the afternoon.
Check into your hotel room at the end of the afternoon (hotel located 800 m from the Thermes, free private parking). Dinner at the hotel restaurant*.

Day 2: Breakfast, morning at leisure. Meet at the Spa at 2pm for your 2 treatments: salt water massage + a choice of hydrobath or jet shower. Free access to the Relaxation Area in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Breakfast. End of services, your room must be vacated by 11am.
