In the icy Magdalenian Jura, prehistoric groups settled in the Grappin cave in Arlay between 15,500 and 14,500 BC. The only evidence we have of their occupation and daily life are the remains of their material culture. Among these remains, certain flint pieces have been set aside under the name of "esquillées"...
