In 1826, 20 years after it was founded, the Japy Frères company built "La Casserie" to manufacture household utensils in tinned tinplate. 150 years later, a new page was turned with the birth of the CRISTEL brand in 1983, labelled "Entreprise du patrimoine Vivant".
