The Doubs Beekeeping Union has more than 500 members with a majority of non-professional beekeepers.
It defends the interests and offers services to its members, takes part in demonstrations to make known the bee and its role in the ecosystem.
It organizes theoretical and practical courses, collaborates with other entities such as the city of Besançon, the Departmental Council and the Region.
