Valérie offers a range of energy treatments to help you feel better in your body, with yourself, at home and at work.

As a well-being mediator, she will listen to you and offer you personalised energy treatments and advice. Caring, gentle and intuitive, she will support you using a range of techniques that can be combined: magnetism, osteopathy, muscle massage, fascia, etc.

- Energy treatments: to magnetise, relax, unblock and re-establish energy circuits so that life can flow harmoniously again.

- Muscular and osteopathic care: for all your musculoskeletal aches and pains.

- Care for different stages of life: pre- and post-natal, end of life...

- Well-being massages for a relaxing and rejuvenating break.

- New and unusual: energy treatment or massage sessions to music, accompanied by a harp-playing musician. A real moment of relaxation and sound escape!
