In 1919, Claude Eugène MIERAL took over the butter, egg, cheese and poultry production company that employed him in Montrevel-en-Bresse in the Ain.

100 years and 4 generations later, Valéry and Florent, his great-grandsons, have taken over this fine family business, which serves specialist retailers and the world's finest tables with exceptional poultry.
