DAY 1 :

AFTERNOON AT THE SPA
Relaxing afternoon at the Salins-les-Bains thermal baths, with a choice of two treatments: hydrobath, jet shower and mud application, plus access to the relaxation area with caldarium, steam room, saunas and salt water pool.

DINNER AT THE LES CAUDALIES RESTAURANT
Dine in the gourmet restaurant of Les Caudalies, where Nadine Troussard offers refined, feminine cuisine. Her recipes are light and exquisite, and she takes care to select the freshest ingredients. A traditional, refined and creative cuisine combining flavour and the quality of our produce. A perfect blend of local Jura produce and creative cuisine.

OVERNIGHT STAY, DINNER AND BREAKFAST AT THE HÔTEL DES CAUDALIES **** (HOTEL)
Spend the night in an old building steeped in history, decorated in a blend of authenticity and contemporary style. Enjoy the immense garden overlooking the Cuisance.

DAY 2 :

CELLAR VISIT AND TASTING
Guided tour of Domaine Rolet's Aiglepierre cellar in Arbois followed by a tasting session with a Jura mâchon.
The mâchon is made with local products: cured meats and cheese.
