Discover the Church of the Assumption in Les Bouchoux

The original church in the parish of Les Bouchoux was located in a place called Le Reculet. Destroyed in the 15th century, it was rebuilt in the Bonneville district, where it stands today. The foundation stone of the Church of the Assumption was laid on 28 March 1718. The bell tower dates from 1782 and is covered by a square spire with an imperial roof at its base.
