Église Saint-Saturnin
The church of Saint Saturnin is perched on a natural promontory, the Métiou, from where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Suran valley from the hundred-year-old lime tree.
A rural village in the Suran valley, frequented by beavers (and hikers, such as those on the Via Cluny), Graye-et-Charnay is made up of three hamlets: Graye, Charnay and Les Carrats, in the southern part. This agricultural area is mainly devoted to cattle farming, resulting in a very grassy landscape.
The La Doye spring, which used to supply mills and fountains, now provides drinking water for around thirty communes. There are still two old mills and some fine fountains.
