Are you passing through or visiting the Lake Chalain region?
Carole, foot reflexologist, and Arnaud, cook, will welcome you in their guest house Les Orchidées, a former Comtoise farm located in the charming Jura village of Marigny.
Put your bags down in one of their cosy and quiet rooms.
Nature lovers, they have chosen to name their rooms after a wild orchid of the Jura and will be happy to help you discover them on the ground during a hike on the GR 559.

Room Sabot de Vénus:
Located on the ground floor, this accessible room is on one level and can accommodate two people, including one person with reduced mobility.

Ophrys Bourdon Room:
Located on the first floor, it can accommodate two people.

Orchis Casqué Room:
From this family room on the 2nd floor, you can see the lake of Chalain in winter and spring. It can accommodate 4 people.

Sharpen your hiking poles, put on your shoes and set off on the hiking trails (GR 559) to the sometimes vertiginous viewpoints: belvedere of Fontenu, Pic de l'Aigle, and other wonders!
After the effort, the comfort!
On your return from the walk, Carole will offer you a foot reflexology session.
In the evening, all that will be left for you to do is to sit down to a typical Jura meal prepared by Arnaud, a chef by trade.
Within a radius of 30 km, you can discover the Lake of Chalain, the Waterfalls of Hérisson, the 4 Lakes (Grand and Petit Maclu, Narlay and Ilay), the caves of Moidons, Baume-les Messieurs and its reculée, its tuff waterfall and its cluniac abbey, Chateau-Chalon and its vineyards, the Langouette gorges, the dinosaur tracks at Loulle, the belvedere of the Mirebel castle, Arbois its vineyards and its tuff waterfall....and in winter, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing at Prénovel and Foncine le haut.
