Mojito du Vallon (alcohol free)

Decorate with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.

  1. In a bowl, crush together the lime, brown sugar and mint leaves.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  3. Add the sparkling water, syrup and 4 tablespoons of crushed ice, then stir.
  4. Decorate with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves (optional).

Bob Marley cocktail

Serves 1:

  1. Make the cocktail directly in the glass.
  2. Crush the mint leaves with the sugar and a few drops of absinthe.
  3. Add ice cubes and top up with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Give it a quick stir and serve.

Decorate with a stalk of mint 😉

Absinthe brings oblivion, but gets paid in migraines. After the first glass of absinthe you see things as you wish they were. After the second you see them as they are not. Finally you see things as they really are.

The Green Beast

For about 35 glasses:

-50cl of absinthe
-50cl of plain syrup
-50cl of lime juice
-2 litres of water
-1/2 cucumber, sliced
-1kg ice (minimum, preferably 2kg!)

 

1- Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
2- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer!
3- Ladle into cocktail glasses to serve.

Dragon Ball Z

Serves 1:

  1. Simply pour the three ingredients into the glass, one after the other.
  2. Drink half of the shot but, before swallowing, use it like a "mouthwash" to rinse your mouth for about 15 seconds.
  3. Drink the remainder and, very quickly, place your hand over the glass to retain the alcohol vapours.
  4. Then, if you dare, put your nose to the glass and breathe in the vapours.
