During your visit, you'll explore the 800 m2 of exhibition space and the 2,000 objects on display.
You'll discover how ingeniously farmers adapted to the harsh, long winters, and the solutions they implemented to cope with this harsh, self-sufficient lifestyle: architecture adapted to the environment, lifestyles, skills and crafts...
A visit to the Maison Michaud is also a chance to hear stories about the Franco-Swiss border, where small stories and great history mingle: border markers, smuggling, the Resistance and smugglers during the Second World War...
