Visits by appointment only.
This authentic winegrower's house recounts the winegrowing past of Rougemont and the surrounding area. It presents the life of small-scale peasant-winegrowers at the end of the 19th century. Situated on a promontory close to the church and the former Cordeliers convent, its various rooms house tools, antique furniture and everyday objects that show the traditional tasks of the women of that era and the work of the men in the vineyards and cellars.
Six rooms are open to visitors, including 2 beautiful vaulted cellars.
