Le Bistrot des Planches

The establishment, open during the summer season, offers a bistro service with a terrace where organic, local and seasonal products are featured in the most appealing meal plates, salads and desserts
In a magnificent setting, inviting you to take your time, to relax, to take care of yourself, the Bistrot des Planches offers you healthy food, inspired by various wellness cuisines (Marion's vitalizer cooking, naturopathy) in the respect of the environment and the discovery of the richness of nature.
The nature of the reculée is rich in its wild flora. Sharing its gifts and making them known is a concept to which the Bistrot is attached: you will discover the edible flowers of the garden, the rosehip jam on toast, the mineralized water with nettle and its thirst-quenching power... The Bistrot adapts to your diet: a vegetarian version is always offered and gluten-free and lactose-free dishes can be designed on request.
The menus are made with vegetables from the permaculture garden "Ô rêve de Terre" and fish from the Grottes fish farm, both located in Les Planches-près-Arbois; as well as chickens from the ESAT "Les Glycines" in Cramans. The same goes for the wine growers and breweries in the area, with preference given to organic producers. The ice creams and sorbets are home-made and come from Bénédicte Raynal's "Aux p'tits Pépins" in Mouchard, as well as the fruit juices.
During the summer season, the Bistrot will offer you convivial moments to share around handcrafted cooperative games from Michel Jacques' company "Solidaire Jeux" to experience moments "together".
