Chèvrerie l'Amourette
Based in Grandfontaine sur Creuse, near Vercel, since 2022, I rear around forty Alpine goats and transform all the milk into delicious cheeses.
The goats graze in the summer months, and in winter are fed hay from natural meadows harvested on the farm. This feed enables them to produce quality milk. You'll find these sweet aromas in a range of fresh, mature and flavoured cheeses!
I respect the natural cycle of the goat, which comes into heat at the end of summer, when the days get shorter. The goats are all dried off at the same time in winter.
