Coopérative fromagère
The cooperative at Vers-en-Montagne in the Jura is a traditional "fruitière", or cheese dairy.
At Vers-en-Montagne, we make Comté, a cheese with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
We also produce our own butter, cream, serac and faisselle.
Guided tour by prior arrangement.
