The Coopérative Fromagère du Plateau de Bouclans was set up in 1991 and brings together 21 farms in the Doubs region, all committed to developing their milk using traditional know-how. Here you'll find butter, yoghurts, charcuterie and, of course, a range of PDO Comtés, Morbier and exceptional cheeses that regularly win awards.
