Earl Grezaud

-

They have been in business since 15 February 2000, with suckling cattle and at the same time relaunching the dairy workshop of the former farm.
Earl Grezaud owns more than 110 hectares of farmland on a fragmented plot of land. They grow straw cereals such as barley, triticale and wheat. Maize completes the balance of the animals' ration.
They raise between 70 and 75 Saanen and Alpine goats and about 60 dairy cows. They produce goat cheese all year round thanks to the deseasoning of the goats' heat. Earl Grezaud tries to preserve their family's heritage and to put into practice the know-how they have acquired for the transformation of their goats' and cows' milk.
