Aurélie and Aurélien Perret, a young couple of cheese makers who arrived in 2013, welcome you to their typical workshop, located in the "Dry Valley" of Drom, on the edge of the Revermont.
Guided tours of the Comté cheese-making process and the maturing cellar from 8am (free of charge, but reservation required).
The Comté cheeses sold in the shop are matured on the spot by Aurélien. In addition to cream, raw butter and white cheeses, the cheese dairy also produces a very surprising cheese made from a very old saffron recipe from this corner of the Ain: the Clon.
