You can visit the workshop and the cellars where Comté and Morbier are skillfully shaped and matured.
The shop, right next to the cheese dairy, is vast and bright. Aurore, Christine and Audrey will advise you to taste the 3 Comté and 2 Morbier cheeses made here, but also the other Comtoise PDOs, tomme, raclette and other cheese specialities.
The plethoric offer is completed by cream, white cheeses, raw butter, eggs, ENILBIO de Poligny yoghurts, honeys, jams, coulis, local oils, salted meats...
And if you can't get there, La Ferté is one of the few fruit producers to have a very extensive website where you can buy a selection of its cheeses online.
