The cooperative, created in 1998, processes only organic milk from its producers. Thus, our cheese makers produce every day the Comté, Morbier, Tome and Raclette cheeses that you can taste in our shop.

The Val de Loue cheese dairy is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 7pm (closes at 6.30pm in winter), Sunday 9.30am to 12.30pm. Closed on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.
