- the white cheese "faisselles" molded with a ladle, which has been awarded 2 medals at the Concours Général Agricole
- The strong white cheese, known for its softness and creaminess
- the strong cheese in the old way, also called old or "rotten" cheese

It is with pleasure that Justine and Vincent welcome you on the markets of Louhans (Monday), Cuisery (Tuesday), Pont de Vaux (Wednesday), and Tournus (Saturday) and are also open at the cheese factory (Cormoz) on Friday afternoon from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
