Passionate and friendly, Benoît invites you every day, free of charge (but booking is essential), to come and discover his workshop during the cheese-making process (from 8.15am) and his pre-maturing cellars! You'll be delighted to taste 2 Comtés at the end of your visit.
Shop open every morning from 9.30am to 11.45am, including weekends and public holidays, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 7.15pm.
