The Suchaux cheese dairy produces and matures Comté, Morbier and Raclette and offers you a visit of the cheese dairy through a video presentation of the stages of cheese making, the discovery of the production workshop (picture windows) as well as the maturing cellars to finish with a tasting of local products. A guided tour is available every day at 9:00 am upon reservation.
