In the heart of the Grandvaux region, discover the Pays Grandvallier dairy.
Comté, Morbier, raclette, Grandvaux tomme, butter and cream are all produced here.
In the shop, you'll also find a fine selection of regional products: Jura wines, traditional charcuterie, honey, PDO cheeses such as Bleu de Gex, as well as some gourmet souvenirs.
A cheese vending machine is available outside the shop for your convenience at any time.
During the school holidays (except Christmas), the cheese dairy offers guided tours with the cheese-maker every Thursday, to take you behind the scenes of the cheese-making process.
