You will discover a varied range of cheeses flavoured according to the course and the seasons, from primrose to juniper....
Plain cheeses (dry, semi-dry, fresh), goat's cheese, cheeses with pepper, shallots, garlic/parsley, chives, Provencal herbs, nuts, marc or even faisselles. All tastes are allowed!
