La Ferme de la Demoiselle

The Ferme de la Demoiselle is a group of several activities:
> a farm with 70 Lacaune ewes,
> a farm of laying hens
> a free-range pig farm (from March to October).

Caroline offers you the products of the farm

> Ewe's milk products:
The products are made and matured on site.
- Cheese: fresh, semi-dry and dry
- Yoghurts (125, 380 and 750g glass jars)
- Individual Tomme cheese
- Cheese of the brousse type

> Meat from sheep and pigs
-Meat in boxes. Half a lamb.
- 10kg of pork meat

> Free range eggs
