With the milk of the goats, the farm produces fromage blanc, fromage frais and dry cheese, as well as matured cheeses and specialities such as pepper and walnut cheese.
The production also extends to soft curd, also known as Luisandre's plates. And the cooked paste which matures in 3 months will give the tomme of goat.
Of course, the classics are also present: the log, the pyramid or the blue fondants.
But the production does not stop at dairy products, we also offer Charolais beef (a cow raised on hay and organic cereals on the farm), pork fed on whey from the cheese draining process and finally goat with milk.
