Located in Lajoux, the Maison du Parc is the headquarters of the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park. Visitors will find a reception area, a permanent exhibition and a shop.
The permanent exhibition, entitled "Haut-Jura, terre vivante" (Haut-Jura, a living land), takes visitors on a journey of discovery through playful, colourful, sensory and interactive installations, revealing all the facets of the Haut-Jura (please note that the permanent exhibition is closed to the public for works until the end of November 2023).
Sound immersion immerses you in the sounds of the Risoux forest, and a visit to the attic takes you back 200 years, to the time of customs officers and smugglers...
A programme of events offers opportunities to meet people at the Maison du Parc or in the area, with exhibitions, conferences, nature outings and workshops for all the family to enjoy.
