
Musée de la Vigne et du Vin du Jura
The Musée de la Vigne et du Vin du Jura, located on the ground floor of Château Pécauld, is divided into two sections:
* an outdoor area, with reconstructed vines and display cases,
* an indoor section illustrating the work of the vine, the social and economic history of winegrowers and the vinification of Jura wines (Ploussard, Trousseau, Chardonnay, Vin de paille, Macvin, Vin Jaune)...
Guides written in English, German and Dutch.
The museum is part of the Juramusées network, along with the Maison de Louis Pasteur and the Musée d'Art Sarret de Grozon. Don't forget to ask for your Juramusées Pass!
ACCESSIBILITY
- The museum is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility. The cellar is accessible by stone and spiral staircases.
- Free admission for disabled visitors
- Adapted guided tours are available for groups: description for the visually and mentally impaired: €4/person.

April, May, June, September, October: closed on Tuesdays.
July and August: daily. Guided tours at 10.30 am, 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm (by appointment the rest of the year).
