Founded in 1821, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Dole, housed in the Pavillon des Officiers in the town centre, boasts rich collections of archaeology, ancient, modern and contemporary art, which it combines in original displays around current themes. The museum also puts on two temporary exhibitions a year, showcasing the full diversity of French and international artistic creation. Admission is free for everyone, so there are no limits to the activities available for adults, children and families. Each year, the cultural season, temporary exhibitions and collections will allow you to visit, learn, draw, paint, listen, dance, sing, taste, imagine, discover, dream, cry, laugh and travel...
