Florian uses his craft skills to create personalised knives. He also designs knife handles in different materials for all types of use, according to your requirements.

His line comprises three ranges of knives: kitchen, utility and trapper knives.

The cutlery courses take place over 2 days. The aim of the course is to teach participants how to make 20/24 cm fixed-size knives with wooden handles.
