Basketry is one of the oldest crafts. One in three people who come into my shop tell me that they want to learn how to make a basket. The simplicity of the material, the pleasure of the handmade, the traceability of the unique object, its longevity, its soul give our baskets a lasting attachment.
Our beautiful Franc Comtoise nature offers us a variety of plants to collect along our walks. The long and harsh winters encourage us to feed the birds and other animals.
