🧐 One of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area! It is a shady walk that was apparently particularly popular with the poet Alphonse de Lamartine: this magnificent natural setting is said to have been a place of inspiration for him. Ideal when the weather is hot, this visit to the heart of the forest lets you enjoy the coolness.

🚘 Access: the waterfall is below the departmental road (D69). The start is on the opposite side of the road from the gorges de l'abîme car park. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing, walk along the small path beside the road for 50 m and go down the same path until you see the waterfall. You can get as close as possible to the waterfall on the left bank by crossing the wooden bridge.
