Grand site naturel des Cascades du Hérisson

Discover the Sauts et Cascades du Hérisson and marvel at the magic of this postcard-perfect valley shaped by water. A combination of two streams rising from the lakes of Ilay and Bonlieu, the torrent of the Hérisson reveals a series of 7 waterfalls over a 3.7km-long course with a 255m vertical drop.

The local authority, which manages the site, has signed up to the Grand Site de France initiative. Its aim is to promote sustainable tourism by uniting the players and residents around a common project based on the preservation of this unique site.
