Caveau Tissot Thierry

The Tissot family is keen to highlight the magnificent terroirs of the Bugey region, with its steep, well-exposed slopes, where indigenous grape varieties such as Jacquère, Altesse and Mondeuse flourish.

They have been working for many years with respect for nature and the balance of life. After 15 years of mechanical maintenance of the soil and reasoned practices, the entire estate was certified Organic Agriculture in 2019, while drawing inspiration from biodynamic practices.
