Domaine Amelie Guillot

Amélie Guillot actually came to winegrowing through a combination of circumstances (so to speak!)! And then it was the rain of a first harvest season that splashed her destiny, now soaked with a real passion. Like the Chardonnay and the Pinot-noir, she made the Burgundy-Jura journey - via Beaune - and left the Yonne giving meaning to her life!
She now works 4.20 hectares of vines, 2 of which are old vines, in a traditional way and with manual harvesting.
