Domaine de la Tournelle

Domaine de la Tournelle was created in 1991 out of a passion for wine and a desire to make great natural wines from healthy, beautiful grapes, without chemicals, respecting the traditions of Arbois, but also exploring new avenues such as the ouillage of Savagnin or passerillage on the stump.

On a six-hectare vineyard that has been organically farmed since 2010, the grapes and soils are pampered, the harvest is carried out by hand in small crates, and the grapes are rigorously sorted in the vineyard.

The vinification is SO² (sulphite) free, using indigenous yeasts from the terroir and a pneumatic press that gently presses the grapes... The wine is aged in wood on fine lees (no new barrels), in cool, vaulted cellars, with topping up every week. Finally, the wine is bottled without filtration or sulphur.
