From the vine to the glass, the objective is the same: to accompany the grapes as naturally as possible to preserve the brilliance of the local grape varieties in the vineyard. Altesse, Chardonnay, Mondeuse and Gamay are patiently matured to give birth to lively but precise wines. The parcel-based cuvées of white, red, orange and sparkling wines are made with the indigenous yeasts of the terroir, in AOC Bugey or Cru Montagnieu. More atypical cuvées such as an orange wine and wines matured in terracotta amphorae complete the range of this young estate.
