Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard

Today the estate exploits 11 hectares of vines spread over three appellations: Château-Chalon (yellow wine) area 0.70 ares, L'Etoile area 2 hectares, Côtes du Jura (red and white) area 8ha 30, we also produce Crémant du Jura, as well as Macvin du Jura and Vin de Paille
The estate is spread over different terroirs: clay, marl, limestone banks. These Jura terroirs are decisive in obtaining the characteristic taste of Jura wines.

Our son Mathieu joined us in 2017 and we hired an employee.

We have always been concerned about respect for the environment and are committed to converting the estate to Organic Farming, starting this year 2020.
