Michel THIBAUT has been a winegrower in the Jura since 1989. In 2014, he and his wife set up their own winegrowing estate. Before that, Michel travelled to many different wine-growing regions, where he acquired a wealth of knowledge. Open every day of the week (and by appointment) on Sunday mornings.
