Domaine Christelle & Gilles Wicky

Established in Saint-Agnès in 2003, Christelle and Gilles Wicky farm 4.5 hectares of Ecocert-certified organic vines (2010). The Domaine Wicky produces white wines, straw wines, craft beer, cider and lemonade. The vines are grown without weedkillers or chemical fertilisers. "We want to produce the most natural wine possible, retaining all the aromas, the spirit of the terroir, the taste of the fruit...".
