La Cave de la Tour

After crossing the Clock Tower towards the "faubourg", you will find the Cave de la Tour. Taken over in 2019 by Mathieu Dayet, this thirty-year-old shop offers a wide choice of wines (white, red, rosé and sparkling), spirits and beers of all kinds. You will of course find carefully selected specialities from the Jura and the region, such as Savagnin, a rare white grape variety with notes of dried fruit and spices... Macvin, a delicate liqueur wine... the heady Vin de Paille, ideal for accompanying foie gras... or the famous Vin Jaune du Jura... A wide range of drinks to make a success of all your food and wine matches and to discover the particularities of the Jura wine region.

Other regional and artisanal quality drinks are also available: beers, absinthes, lemonades, syrups, apple juice... The good news is that the Cave will soon be offering its own artisanal beers, brewed in an old farmhouse located a few kilometres away, in the commune of Mignovillard...
