SEYZERIAT Thomas

My name is Thomas, I am 32 years old, I am a full time forestry technician and I devote my free time to my new passion: the cultivation of the vine and its vinification. Of course, everything is done in Organic Agriculture in order to preserve our soils, our water, the future of the planet and our children.
The goal is to revive a vineyard in a small village of Revermont between the river of Ain and Suran: Grand-corent (01). This small mountain village is located on a ridge oriented North/South at an average altitude of 550m. We are on superficial lands based on calcareous rock, the boxwood which was very present is disappearing following the repeated attacks of the pyralid. The vine has also unfortunately disappeared for a very long time, the last exploited vine was the work of the former owner of our small farm a good fifty years ago. But recently, it starts to be reborn...
