The galette comtoise is a typical dessert from the Jura Mountains. It's a derivative of the galette des rois, which it often replaces for Epiphany. It's not made with frangipane, but simply with choux pastry flavored with orange blossom. We're sharing with you the best drink to accompany this original dessert, a duo that will delight young and old alike.
