Cancoillotte

Cancoillotte – here we call it glue – is a delicious melted cheese. Lehmann, a family-run, artisanal cheese dairy in Franche-Comté, has made a name for itself thanks to its cheeses and flavored cancoillottes: wild garlic, absinthe, basil, cumin, shallot, wholegrain mustard, or even Jura wine.
