Fruitière à comté de Gilley
At the Gilley cheese dairy, you can really discover Comté cheese: the saleswomen will welcome you with a film, then you can admire the work of the cheesemaker (if you come early in the morning) and the pre-refining cellars, and finally taste several types of Comté cheese (and why not take a special tour with the tourist office in summer?). And if you just want to buy some cheese and the shop is closed, there is a self-service dispenser in front of the shop.
