Fruitière à comté de Gilley

At the Gilley cheese dairy, you can really get to know Comté cheese: the saleswomen will welcome you with a film, then invite you to admire the work of the cheesemaker. And if you come in the morning at 9.30am, you can enjoy a full guided tour of the pre-refining cellars, and finally taste several types of Comté cheese. Also: special tours with the tourist office in summer and tours in English. And if you just want to buy some cheese but the shop is closed, there's a self-service vending machine in front of the shop.
