The milk from 10 farms in 5 villages within a 12 km radius is processed here. Come and visit the cheese factory by appointment from Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 10:30 (1 hour visit): discover the making of Comté cheese and the maturing cellar to finish with a tasting. On sale in our shop, Comté cheese made on site as well as butter, cream, faisselles and other regional products.

The cheesemaker himself invites you behind the scenes of his dairy, for a tour of a different kind. This new Pays de Courbet cheese dairy, which opened its doors in Amancey in 2023, reveals the secrets of cheesemaking to visitors... All in a setting that offers a real change of scene.
