Self-taught at the age of 17, I began working in the vineyards and cellars for over twenty years as a salaried employee at various wine estates in Arbois, which enabled me to acquire a real understanding of both the terroir and the vinification of the different grape varieties.
Today, we produce and select grapes from the finest Jura terroirs to make our own cuvées. We hope you enjoy tasting them as much as we enjoyed making them!
These grapes, which are the product of plants and human labour, come mainly from the vineyards we cultivate in the Arbois and Côtes du Jura AOC regions. With a concern for quality and total respect for the products, our vintages are fermented using only indigenous yeasts, are not fined, are filtered very little and vinified with a minimum of sulphur.
