Adventure, sensations and a spectacular panorama at Fort l’Ecluse
Another spot of history at Fort l’Ecluse, truly a masterpiece of military architecture. Built into the rock and towering above the River Rhône, this fort with two towers and a vast enclosure links up with the higher fort via a flight of 1,165 steps, no less. This physical challenge will take you to the fort's highest point where, from the terrace, you'll look down on the Vuache hills and the Rhône. An outstanding panoramic view that you'll never forget!
